Literacy Volunteers-Androscoggin will hold a 12-hour tutor training workshop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays, Sept. 13 and 20, at Auburn Hall. Individuals with at least a 12th-grade reading level and the time to meet with a student a minimum of one hour a week are needed to help native-born adults, English language learners and families gain skills in reading, writing, math and English conversation.
