Capt. Mark Libbey of Lewiston, left, received his mission pilot certificate and congratulations from Maine Wing Commander Chris Hayden at the Auburn Airport. Libbey is a pilot for the 77th Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol, Maine Wing, U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, based at the airport. Libbey is also a flight instructor for CAP and recently returned from a trip to New Jersey where he flew cadets from the New England Region.
