BUCKFIELD – The Early Evening Show with Mike Miclon, a sell-out hit at the Oddfellow Theater for the past 10 years, will kick off its 11th season Friday and Saturday Sept. 19-20. The show is a zany mix of David Letterman, classic Johnny Carson and a splash of “Saturday Night Live,” complete with a live band and special guests.

Miclon will be reunited with co-host Jason Tardy who recently moved back to Maine. Tardy was one of the first co-hosts of the show, and the two performers created a variety of comedic sketches such as “Turkey Lake,” a spoof of “Swan Lake,” which included a lot more slapstick than the original.

“We can’t wait to get back on that stage and perform together,” said Miclon. “We always have so much fun and play off each other so well. And since a lot of the show comes from crowd interaction and improvisation, we don’t even know what’s going to happen half the time.”

“Most of the time, actually,” added Tardy.

The two have worked together professionally for the past 14 years touring all over the United States and abroad with a total of five performances at the White House between the two of them. Featured on “CBS Sunday Morning,” “The Early Evening Show” has been performed from Maine to Switzerland.

Featured are wild improvisations, videos, comic sketches and spectacular finales. Providing music is Oren Robinson and the Early Evening Show Orchestra.

Tickets to the 7:30 p.m. show are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $6 for children. Tickets are available by calling the box office at 336-3306. Oddfellow Theater is on Route 117. For more information, check out www.Oddfellow.com.
