Britney Saylor, 19, Westbrook, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions, on March 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Erin O’Brian Schneider, 28, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, carrying concealed weapon, violating condition of release on May 12, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 10 days; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 10 days; third charge dismissed.

Michael A. Smith, 40, Durham, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, operating vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions, on Dec. 26. 2007, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Chantalla Soltysik, 22, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 2, found guilty, fined $200, restitution of $4.27.

Irvin A. Soper, 50, Livermore, failure to notify of harvest operation on March 12, by default, fined $100.
