DURHAM – A Cumberland woman escaped apparent injury in a rollover on Hallowell Road (Route 9) Saturday morning.

According to the investigating officer, Samantha Maldonado, 18, lost control of the pickup truck she was driving, went off the right shoulder, then across the road to the left shoulder and then back into the roadway where the truck rolled over.

The 1998 Chevy S-10 pickup was demolished in the 6:45 a.m. crash, said Maine State Trooper Eric Paquette.
