Zachary J. Adams, 28, Auburn, violating condition of release on May 12, found guilty, sentenced to 4 days.

Merim Alihodzic, 48, Strong, operating under the influence on Feb. 24, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Matthew W. Allen, 25, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Jose Altieri, 33, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on March 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Jonathan Amadei, 26, Auburn, assault on May 13, found guilty, fined $400.

Russell E. Arbo, 23, Lisbon Falls, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov 1, 2007, transferred to Superior Court.

Keith C. Armstrong, 41, Buxton, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release on Jan. 13, first charge found guilty, fined $75; second charge found guilty, fined $150.

Ian L. Ashby, 32, Bowdoin, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Cud Jiw Emmanuel J. Ashon, 35, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 20, 2007, dismissed.

Glenn M. Atkins, 49, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Ryan D. Aube, 18, Sabattus, criminal threatening on April 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Jennifer Aubut, 23, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 15, offense committed, fined $300.

Craig Steven Austin, 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Abdi Awad, 22, South Portland, representing another’s license or ID as own, violating condition of release on June 15, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 2 days; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 2 days.

Laura M. Ayer, 23, Auburn, assault, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on Feb. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Danielle A. Babb, 19, Winslow, minor possessing liquor on May 10, offense committed, fined $200.

Jerel Kent Babcock, 28, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault on March 3, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days, all suspended, 1 year probation.

Christopher Bachelder, 20, Leeds, operating vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions, on April 16, dismissed.

Nathaniel C. Bagley, 29, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 14, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Ricki N. Baker, 34, Lewiston, operating under the influence on April 19, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Peter J. Balis, 59, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 17, sent to jury trial.

Anne P. Balzer, 46, New Gloucester, failure to register vehicle on March 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Phillip J. Baril II, 21, Mechanic Falls, minor transporting liquor on Nov. 30, 2007, offense committed, license suspended 30 days.

Jeffrey Bartlett, 39, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle on April 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Lucas Bartlett, 18, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on April 4, offense committed, fined $350.

Abdulkadir A. Bashir, 22, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on Jan. 19, sent to jury trial.
