LEWISTON – The following cases were heard recently in 8th District Court:

Paul R. Caron Jr., 21, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on April 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours.

Marykim Carter, 41, Brunswick, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument on March 9, 2007, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 each, restitution of $573.85 each.

Maynard W. Carter Jr., 23, Auburn, disorderly conduct, fighting on May 26, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

James Kirk Carver, 25, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 7, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

James Kirk Carver, 25, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 30, 2007, offense committed, fined $300.

Richard Cash, 42, Turner, operating under the influence on May 13, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Lucas S. Cates, 27, Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on Dec. 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days.

Nicolas R. Caton, 19, Lisbon, possession of marijuana on April 13, offense committed, fined $350.

Patrick Chabot, 56, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 15, 2007, offense committed, sentenced to 25 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel R. Chamberland, 19, Lewiston, possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on June 6, found guilty and sentenced to 21 days for each charge.

Seth Champagne, 19, Auburn, minor possessing liquor on March 22, offense committed, fined $200.

Danika Leigh Chapman, 23, Portland, assault on April 12, sent to jury trial.

William E. Chapman, 33, Monmouth, attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $100.

William Christopher Chickering, 22, Turner, theft by receiving stolen property on Dec. 17, 2005, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony P. Choiniere, 26, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 24, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Olivia L. Churchill, 19, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Jesse J. Clement, 24, Lisbon, violating protective order on March 5, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 65 days, probation revoked.

Terri L. Clifford, 43, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on Nov. 7, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 47, Lewiston, terrorizing on June 26, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 18 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Richard Marc Coates, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Dec. 17, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Cody Express Inc., Norwood, Mass., rule violation unsafe or defective vehicle on April 8, found guilty, fined $500.

Vito D. Colaneri Jr., 25, Waterboro, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 8, 2007, dismissed.

Larry Daniel Coleman, 45, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 18, dismissed.

Heidi Cook, 29, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on Aug. 3, 2007, found guilty, fined $500.

Conrad E. Coovert, 49, Morriston, Fla., failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on March 4, filed with cost of $100.

Roy B. Cormier Jr., 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 17, 2006, found guilty, fined $100.

Melissa J. Costello, 22, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Feb. 14, filed with cost of $150.

Patricia A. Cote, 44, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place on April 19, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason C. Courbron, 30, Greene, hunting antlerless deer without permit, hunting deer after having killed one on Nov. 3, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days; second charge dismissed.

Michelle Christine M. Craigmiles, 18, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 31, Bowdoin, assault on Jan. 7, probation violation, sentenced to 120 days, probation partially revoked.

Eileen S. Crossman, 44, Wales, operating under the influence on April 13, sent to jury trial.

Nichole M. Crowley, 19, Lisbon Falls, transportation of drugs by minor on July 27, 2007, filed with cost of $100.

Benjamin A. Cummings, 30, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $20.

Matthew Cummings, 22, Bridgton, violating condition of release on July 31, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Chris M. Curtis, 35, China, operating under the influence on March 12, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Tricia A. Cyr, 34, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Dustin Shane Daigle, 28, West Gardiner, operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release on Jan. 28, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Ernest J. Desrosiers, 32, Auburn, operating under the influence, no test, one prior, on Nov. 22, 2007, found guilty, fined $900, sentenced to 120 days with all but 12 days suspended, probation 1 year, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Stacey L. Desrosiers, 38, Auburn, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on Feb. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Lucas P. Dewildt, 28, Greene, operating under the influence, one prior, on March 28, sent to jury trial.

Christina M. Dill, 23, Auburn, hindering apprehension or prosecution on May 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Shane P. Dineen, 21, Jay, minor possessing liquor on April 4, by default, fined $200.

Calvin Dixon, 24, Auburn, operating unregistered ATV on April 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Jack H. Donahue, 19, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 30, dismissed.

Darlington Douglas, 34, Rumford, violating condition of release on Feb. 18, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Doyon, 20, Auburn, operating vehicle without license, theft by unauthorized use of property, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Nov. 17, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; found guilty on second charge, fined $150; found guilty on third charge, fined $100; fourth charge dismissed.

Stephanie L. Doyon, 36, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 29, found guilty, fined $250.

Lisa Driscoll, 36, Auburn, operating under the influence, no test, one prior, operating vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions, on March 22, sent to jury trial.

Matthew H. Drouin, 39, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Matthew H. Drouin, 39, Lewiston, violating condition of release on June 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Gerald Dubay, 38, Lewiston, failing to stop for officer on March 23, found guilty, fined $200.

David D. Dumond, 36, Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 19, found guilty, fined $300.

Ernest Dunham, 54, Auburn, failure to register vehicle on May 17, found guilty, fined $75.

Amy S. Dustin, 22, Livermore, keeping unlicensed dog on April 18, offense committed, fined $35.
