FARMINGTON -The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

Abraham Adams, 31, Skowhegan, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 31, 2003, probation violation, sentenced on each charge to 11 months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Randy Adams, 44, Farmington, assault on Nov. 27, 2007, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Kelly R. Bachelder, 45, Lang Township, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Sept. 3, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Nicole S. Bachelder, 23, Phillips, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 13, both charges dismissed.

Thomas J. Barden, 23, Temple, operating under the influence-no test, failing to stop for officer on Sept. 15, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Gary L. Choate Jr., 21, Wilton, four counts of assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal mischief, operating vehicle without license, failure to register vehicle, failing to make oral or written accident report on Dec. 30, 2007, found guilty on two counts of assault, fined $300 each, sentenced to seven days each; found guilty on seventh and eighth charges, fined $100 each; all other charges dismissed.

Jennifer Cole, 29, Kingfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 7, 2005, probation violation, probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.
