FARMINGTON – Maine Centers for Women, Work, and Community is offering a free workshop with Western Maine CA$H at the Farmington Center of Women, Work and Community, 108 Perham St., on Oct. 9 from 6-7:30 p.m.

Western Maine CA$H is a community collaboration that helps working families in Franklin County make the most of the money they have earned. The program provides IRS-trained volunteers to prepare tax returns at no cost for low- and moderate-income workers. In addition, volunteers help to provide education and linkage with opportunities to improve financial stability.
