NORTH HAVERHILL, N.H. (AP) – A 23-year-old North Haverhill, N.H., man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Vermont man.

Attorney General Kelly Ayotte identified the victim as 25-year-old Christopher Gray of Groton, Vt. His body was found Thursday. Timothy Smith was charged with second-degree murder and 18-year-old Anthony Howe of Haverhill with hindering apprehension.

Smith and Howe will be arraigned Friday.

An autopsy will be done Friday to determine the cause of death.
