RUMFORD – The following cases were heard recently in 11th District Court.

Alex Acosta, 26, Peru, assault on Nov. 20, 2006, found guilty, setenced to 90 days, all suspended, 2 year probation.

Mark R. Archambault, 49, Ashland, Mass., violate fishing rule on Sept. 13, waived, fined $100.

Wilfred E. Buck, 54, Rumford, assault on May 16, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, all suspended, 6 month probation.

Marc A. Chartier, 50, Andover, unlawful possession of gift deer on Nov. 19, 2006, waived, fined $150.

Davis J. Cooper, 42, Bethel, operating under the influence – one prior on Jan. 5, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to nine months, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Douglas Darlington, 34, Rumford, assault on Dec. 5, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, all suspended, one year probation.

Greg A. Fowler, 38, Roxbury, operating under the influence – no test, one prior on Dec. 24, 2007, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Joshua R. Gaudreau, 22, Bryant Pond, operating while license suspended or revoked, failing to stop for officer, violating condition of release on Aug. 30, all charges sent to jury trial.

James F. Labrecque, 53, Bryon, keeping unlicensed dog on Sept. 3, waived, fined $50.

Yvon A. Maillet, 61, Ashland, Mass., violate fishing rule on Sept. 13, waived, fined $100.

Michael A. Parker, 27, West Peru, criminal trespass on Oct. 1, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

William J. Ryerson, 53, Roxbury, domestic violence assault on May 22, probation violation, sentenced to 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Richard A. Tibbetts, 56, Oxford, operating under the influence – no test on Aug. 20, sent to jury trial.

Jose Luis Troyano, 44, St. Adolphe D’Howard, rule violation operating after disqualified on July 1, waived, fined $500.
