Theodore D. Aubut, 19, Rumford, criminal mischief on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $100.

Joshua D. Billings, 19, Bryant Pond, minor consuming liquor on Aug. 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Joseph N. Bordeau, 43, Mexico, operating without safety equipment on Aug. 23, guilty by default, fined $125.

Billie Jo Boudreau, 40, Rumford, violating condition of release on Aug. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Judi E. Bussiere, 45, Rumford, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on July 2, found guilty, fined $125.

Kimberly M. Day, 37, Rumford, criminal trespass on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Meghann F. Donahue, 19, Dixfield, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 4, first charge offense committed, fined $350; second charge offense committed, fined $300.

Esther L. Dyer, 22, Rumford, allowing dog to be at large on Aug. 29, guilty by default, fined $100.

Michael R. Edwards, 31, Rumford, carry passenger on ATV without headgear on Aug. 14, guilty by default, fined $125.

Daniel P. Flaherty, 43, North Yarmouth, disorderly conduct, fighting on Aug. 30, dismissed.

Katie M. Gurney, 23, Mexico, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 4, offense committed, fined $300.

James C. Ingle, 60, West Bethel, allowing dog to be at large on Aug. 13, offense committed, fined $50.

Raymond D. Lane, 29, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 25, offense committed, fined $300.

Raynold J. Lee, 41, Rumford, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior on July 23, found guilty, fined $500.

Allen E. Leonard, 35, Bethel, cultivating marijuana on June 29, found guilty, fined $500.

David J. Lomanno, 55, Kingston, Mass., unlawfully permit operation of ATV on Aug. 9, guilty by default, fined $125.

Brian R. Mack, 31, Rumford, keeping barking dogs on July 31, 2007, dismissed.

Tony L. Mason, 28, Bethel, fail to carry license, illegal placing of bear bait on Sept. 5, first charge found guilty, fined $100; second charge found guilty, fined $200.

Joshua L. Mayo, 29, Peru, possession of marijuana on July 19, guilty by default, fined $400.

Ryan D. Mayo, 21, Peru, possession of marijuana on Aug. 23, offense committed, fined $350.

Gerald F. Pelletier, 43, Rumford, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior on July 5, found guilty, fined $600.

Sylvia Thompson, 21, Bethel, disorderly conduct, fighting on Aug. 30, dismissed.

Dustin M. Towers, 20, Jay, minor transporting liquor, possession of marijuana on June 28, first charge offense committed, fined $100, license suspended 30 days; second charge offense committed, fined $350.

Lawrence J. Ward Sr., 47, Rumford, assault on April 21, 2007, fined $300, sentenced to 6 months, all suspended, 1 year probation.
