AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin county Superior Court:

Joel A. Harmon, 31, Auburn, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 10, 2007, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years, six months with all but nine months, one day suspended, probation one year, restitution of $1,000; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Amy Harris, 30, Lewiston, aggravated assault on July 5, 2002, probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Yvonne Hatt, 24, Manchester, Conn., criminal restraint on Nov. 26, 2007, dismissed.

Brian Donald Hawley, 24, Auburn, operating under the influence on March 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Marie P. Hickey, 54, Webster, N.Y., operating under the influence on March 24, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Gordon E. Higgins Jr., 39, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $300.

Sean O. Hightower, 24, Otisville, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 23, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 100 days.

Jeffrey R. Hinkley, 23, Turner, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Feb. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Timothy Lee Hopkins, 53, Augusta, theft by deception on Jan. 6, 2007, dismissed.

Brian Scott Hutchinson, 44, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 27, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months, probation revoked.

Jeffrey L. Hyde, 47, Lisbon, violating condition of release on July 20, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 11 months, probation partially revoked.

Jesse B. Hyden, 21, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on March 15, criminal mischief on March 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to four hours, restitution of $200.

Marc Aaron Jonitis, 24, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 23, 2007, probation violation, 10 months, probation revoked.

Kimberly A. Jury, 25, Auburn, hindering apprehension or prosecution on Nov. 8, 2007, dismissed.

Kevin K. Juskewitch, 47, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 9, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Jessica Karcher, 25, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on May 21, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years with all but three months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three months.

Scott Keene, 42, Auburn, criminal threatening, assault on April 5, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 40 days, probation partially revoked and continued on first charge; sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation one year on second charge.

Stacey J. Kehoe, 36, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 12, both charges dismissed.

Stacey J. Kehoe, 36, Lewiston, assault, violating condition of release on April 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Steven David King, 44, Brunswick, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 5, 2007, found guilty on one count, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed.

Kimberly Knight, 45, Lewiston, forgery on Dec. 28, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to one year all suspended, probation two years.

Marjorie Ann Knoll, 55, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on Aug. 21, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days.

Matthew S. Knowlton, 31, Litchfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property on Nov. 2, 2007, found guilty on first charge, not yet sentenced; forfeited on second charge.

Michael R. Labrecque, 37, Oxford, operating under the influence-one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, driving to endanger on Jan. 12, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $575.

Daniel Roger Laflamme, 38, Sabattus, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on March 17, found guilty, sentenced to one year with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years.

John William Lamothe Jr., 27, Lewiston, reckless violation of protective order on Oct. 8, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 16 months, probation partially revoked.

Peter D. Lowe, 47, Brunswick, operating after registration suspended, attaching false plates on Feb. 26, filed with no cost.

Bobbie Jo Lyons, 36, Lewiston, aggravated criminal trespass, assault, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Aug. 7, 2007, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $300.
