DURHAM – The Durham Fire and Rescue will hold a 25 Days of Christmas raffle starting Friday, Nov. 28.

The raffle is dedicated in “Memory of Durham Chief Donald Brown.” The proceeds will benefit the Durham Fire and Rescue Color and Honor Guard.

Raffle tickets are available from fire and rescue personnel. The cost is $20 a ticket and the prize each day is a $300 L.L. Bean gift certificate. The certificates can be used at any L.L. Bean store and online. There are 900 tickets available.

Fire and rescue will begin drawing a ticket a day at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, for 25 days through Dec. 22. Winners will be notified by phone.
