Jeremy R. Perry, 37, Norway, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 27, 2007, dismissed.

Jeremy Robert Perry, 37, Norway, violating condition of release on Aug. 23, dismissed.

Oliver B. Perry, 18, Rumford, minor consuming liquor on June 4, dismissed.

Ricardo S. Pichardo, 46, Philadelphia, Pa., rule violation, duty status not current on June 23, waived, fined $250.

Randy Ruginski, 20, Buxton, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus miles per hour over speed limit, violating condition of release on July 5, both charges dismissed.

Harold W. Sargent, 59, Bowdoin, possession of marijuana on May 16, dismissed.

Peter J. Scott, 43, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, criminal trespass on May 25, criminal mischief on May 25, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 17, first charge found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $13.50; second charge found guilty, fined $100; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Derek T. Sicotte, 19, Mexico, failing to make oral or written accident report on Nov. 20, 2007, dismissed.

Larry W. Sweetser Jr., 28, Bethel, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on June 27, dismissed.

Isis S. Whalen, 19, Peru, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 1, 2007, dismissed.

Ryan L. Wodka, 31, Bethel, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on June 15, found guilty, fined $150, sentenced to 48 hours.

Alex Acosta, 26, Rumford, domestic violence assault on Aug. 26, sent to jury trial.

Gary W. Coffin, 57, Mexico, harassment on Aug. 7, sent to jury trial.

Nikolaos Kazakos, 37, Boothbay Harbor, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior, unlawful use of license on June 21, both charges sent to jury trial.

Lawrence J. Lapoint, 51, Casco, criminal threatening, violating condition of release on Sept. 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Nathan R. Patterson, 19, Mexico, burglary of a motor vehicle in Rumford on Sept. 13, dismissed.

Rodney A. Daigle, 31, Rumford, operating vehicle without license on Sept. 11, 2005, sent to jury trial.

David T. Holt, 30, Farmington, operating without safety equipment on Sept. 27, waived.

Justin J. Merchant, 20, Bryant Pond, fail to stop, remain, provide information on April 8, found guilty, fined $750 suspended $500, restitution of $375.

Joshua A. Pike, 18, Oxford, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief on Oct. 7, sent to jury trial.

Eric S. Storey, 44, Bethel, violating condition of release on July 6, sent to jury trial.
