LEWISTON – The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a brown bag roundtable discussion event, “Making the most of your Web site,” on Nov. 12 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the chamber office, 415 Lisbon St.
Attendees should bring their questions (and their lunch) and learn from other chamber members by sharing information, knowledge, and experiences through informal discussions. There is no cost for attending and registration is not required; however, a courtesy call to the chamber at 783-2249, or an e-mail to sschell@androscoggincounty.com to reserve a space would be appreciated.
Developed specifically for non-profits, this interactive brown bag workshop featuring Web site experts will provide attendees with tips about Web site-related topics including maintaining a Web site, search engine optimization, Web site design, local Internet advertising opportunities, and on-line giving.
Sponsored by Mechanics Private Bank, panelists will include experts from TH Creations, Encompass Marketing, the Sun Journal and Bates College.
