SEBAGO LAKE VILLAGE – Two theater ensemble classes for students ages 10-18 will start on Nov. 11 at Schoolhouse Arts Center.

In the Youth Ensemble class for ages 10-14, students will learn acting techniques, improv, set creation and design, and costuming as they work on performing their own production. Working as an ensemble is a major focus of this class.

In Schoolhouse Players for ages 14-18, students will learn acting techniques, improv, set design and costuming as they work a production to perform at the end of the session. Students will explore theater through the ages and learn different styles of theater like kabuki, farce, theater of the absurd, Shakespeare and more.

Both classes begin on Tuesday, Nov. 11, and run through Tuesday, Feb. 10. Youth Ensemble is from 4-5:30 p.m. and Schoolhouse Players is from 5:30-7 p.m. Both classes are taught by Amanda Fickett. Tuition is $125 for the 12-week session.
