LEWISTON – The Lewiston Jr. Maineiacs Squirt team erupted for a 15-0 win over Midcoast and tied the New Hampshire Avalanche, 2-2, in recent action.

Joseph Bisson led Lewiston with two goals and four assists in its one-sided victory. Ryley Austin added two goals and three assists. Isaac Dube and Justin Keaney each notched two goals and one assist. Jeromey Rancourt produced a pair of goals.

Bryce Leger and Noah Buiniskas added to the offense with a goal and two assists apiece. Cooper Richard and Luc Dostie delivered one goal and one assist each. Roman Dennis rounded out the scoring with a goal. Cameron Dionne doled out three assists.

Kyle Welsh notched the shitout in goal.

The team traveled to St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., for a well-played game against the Avalanche. Both goalies made key saves for their teams, with Devin Dumont providing the work between the pipes for the Jr. Maineiacs.

Bisson tied the score at 1 early in the second period with assists from Dube and Richard. The Avalanche forged ahead again, only to see Conrad Grimmer rally with the tying goal one minute later. Rancourt and Keaney picked up the assists.
