DURHAM – Stackpole Road resident Kim Mitchell, spokeswoman for Maine BMX, said she plans to go to the Planning Board on Dec. 3 to get a conditional use permit to build a BMX bicycle racing track. An unidentified Durham property owner with 26 acres has indicated she is willing to allow a track to be built on her land, Mitchell said. The location of the property was not disclosed.
