York County Sheriff Maurice Ouellette, whose office made the arrests, says the suspects are believed to have stolen some $65,000 worth of televisions, tools, jewelry and other items.

The three are identified as 42-year-old Roy Leet of Cape Elizabeth, charged with probation violation and burglary; 30-year-old Heather Wehkoja of South Berwick, charged with violating bail and burglary; and 41-year-old John Donovan of Portland, charged with receiving stolen property.

Ouellette said Tuesday the investigation is continuing and more arrests are anticipated.
