AUBURN – The law firm of Skelton Taintor & Abbott, 95 Main St., Auburn, announces that Kelly M. Hoffman has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Attorney Hoffman graduated from Johns Hopkins University (B.A. International Studies, German 1999); Seton Hall University (M.A., summa cum laude, 2005); and the University of Maine School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2008) where she was editor of the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal and member of the Moot Court Board. She is admitted to practice in all Maine state courts, and the United States District Courts of Maine.
Attorney Hoffman intends to focus on business and tax law, municipal law, and representation of government entities and agencies.
Prior to joining Skelton Taintor & Abbott, she was a summer associate at the law firm of Hausmaninger Kletter Rechtsanwälte in Vienna, Austria.
