LEWISTON – A free job information and recruitment seminar will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Lewiston Career Center on Mollison Way, co-sponsored by Tri-County Mental Health Services and the National Able Network.

Tri-County offers a full range of outpatient and residential services to individuals with mental illness throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, Franklin and Cumberland counties. Positions in residential programs are available in Lewiston, Lisbon, Rumford and Sabattus. TCMHS offers free training, leading to a mental health rehabilitation technician (MHRT)-1 certification. Full- and part-time job opportunities will be discussed.

Older workers who are interested in developing new skills and/or re-entering the work force are especially encouraged to attend. The Senior Community Service Employment Program, SCSEP, administered by the National Able Network, is collaborating with TCMHS to provide a bridge for older workers seeking employment.
