The long-agitated question was brought up at the December meeting of the Lewiston Fire Com. Friday evening. It was stated that the present three circuit system is far too small for these cities.

An eight-circuit repeater would take care of emergencies and would meet the requirements of Lewiston and Auburn for years to come. Lewiston would use five circuits and Auburn three. At present Lewiston has two and Auburn only one.
