RUMFORD – Rumford Hospital honored 44 employees for five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 years of service to the hospital and their community.

For 40 years: Dianne Gallant of Rumford, a nurse in the Emergency Department; Sonjia Jackson-Ellis of Rumford, who coordinates the specialty clinics; Jackie Moore of Dixfield, a medical imaging tech; and Lorraine Phelps of Rumford, an Emergency Department nurse.

For 30 years: Sally Arsenault of Hanover, an operating room nurse; Joann Broomhall of Rumford, a physician assistant at River Valley Internal Medicine; Peggy Conroy of Rumford, a medical/surgical nurse; Sharon Gates of Peru, cardiac rehabilitation nurse; and Judy Lovejoy of Rumford, who works in Medical Affairs Department.

For 25 years: Karen Cole, Emergency Department; Kathy Martin, lab; Marcia Sirois, Medical Imaging; Gemma Waterhouse, ED; and Tracie White, specialty clinics.

For 20 years: Gus Carlson, pharmacist; Water Hutchins, plant operations; Diana Lemelin, administrative secretary; Carolyn Mills, lab; Lori Roberts, central registration; and John Welsh, president, received awards.

For 15 years: Sylvia Goodman, Intensive Care Unit; Dr. Dieter Kreckel, Swift River Health Care; Dr. John Kroger, also Swift River; and Tricia Orr, infection control coordinator.

For 10 years: Kim Gallant, Swift River, Kathy Gurney, medical/surgical, Valerie Jacobs, Rehab Services; Nina Mollicone, medical/surgical; Pam Poisson, Education Department; Jean Soubble, medical imaging; and George Virgin, Environmental Services.
