PORTLAND – “Finding Money For Your Business – Banks and Beyond” is the focus of a Lunch & Learn workshop for entrepreneurs hosted by the Maine Center for Enterprise Development.

The workshop is from noon to 2 p.m. Dec. 18 in Room 110 Abromson Center, University of Southern Maine. Informal tours of an MCED technology incubator will follow the workshop. Participants should feel free to bring a lunch; coffee and water will be provided.

The cost is $10, payable the day of the seminar. It is free for USM students with an ID card. There is no charge for current MCED Onsite or Affiliate Client Companies. For more info: http://www.mced.biz/news.html#events

The speaker will be Dan Isaac, who worked as a commercial lender for local banks before going to the other side of the desk as the owner of a small business.
