AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Eunice A. Seigars, 45, Lisbon, criminal mischief and criminal trespass on May 10, both charges filed with no cost.

Steven Edward Sherlock, 52, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 6, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Sumit Bahadur Singh, 27, Brighton, Mass., motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 19, dismissed.

Krysten E. Smith, 23, Hampden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 5, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 26 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Matthew J. Snow, 31, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on April 18, filed with no cost.

Raymond R. Spencer, 22, Auburn, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, violating condition of release on July 1, both charges dismissed.

Raymond R. Spencer II, 22, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, passing stopped school bus, failing to stop for officer, unlawful use of license, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200; fourth charge dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, fined $300, license suspended 14 days.

Otis Sprague, 36, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 2, found guilty, fined $400.

Benjamin H. Stein, 21, Pelham, N.Y., criminal mischief on Sept. 10, 2007, dismissed.

Jeremy S. Stoddard, 27, Lewiston, failure to comply sex offender reg. act, first offense on June 16, 2007, found guilty, fined $500.

Jeremy S. Stoddard, 27, Lewiston, failure to comply sex offender registration act, first offense, violating condition of release on June 27, both charges dismissed.

Sarah Rose Stone, 27, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two charges unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 31, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 72 hours; second and third charges dismissed.

Alexandra E. Strada, 20, Amagansett, N.Y., unlawful use of license on March 7, filed with cost of $200.

Bradley W. Strong, 24, Thomaston, operating vehicle without license cond./restrict on Nov. 22, 2007, dismissed.

Mitchell Sweetser, 42, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 21, 2007, dismissed.

Julie Ann Swift, 40, Auburn, operating under the influence on Feb. 10, found guilty, fined $600.

Philip M. Tarmey, 26, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Feb. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days.

Lena Toth, 31, Auburn, assault on April 16, filed with no cost.

Suzanne Travers, 49, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Feb. 20, filed with no cost.

Cynthia Urra, 24, Bronx, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property on June 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five years, all suspended, three years probation; third charge forfeited.

John P. Veilleux, 35, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on July 7, 2001, probation violation, sentenced to four days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Chance Tabias Veinott, 27, Auburn, failure to comply sex offender registration act, first offense on Dec. 11, 2006, dismissed.

William Visconti, 33, Tallahassee, Fla., operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two charges criminal forfeiture of property on Aug. 5, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, sentenced to two days; found guilty on second charge, fined $400; third and fourth charges forfeited.

Wallace, 22, Topsham, theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, two charges theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on July 4, 2007, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on July 6, 2007, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer priors, three charges burglary of a motor vehicle on July 4, 2007, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 18 months, all but 21 days suspended, one year probation; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 18 months, all but 21 days suspended, one year probation; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 18 months, all but 21 days suspended, one year probation; fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth charges dismissed.

Robert E. Wallingford, 34, Westbrook, operating under the influence on Jan. 6, found guilty, fined $600, license suspended 90 days, registration suspended.

Jason M. Ward, 32, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 13, filed with cost of $100.

Andrew Daniel Washer, 40, Lewiston, aggravated criminal trespass, assault, criminal trespass on June 22, first and second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 19 days.

Joshua Waterman, 21, Auburn, stealing drugs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, possession of hypodermic apparatuses on Jan. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 18 months, all but 25 days suspended, two-year probation, restitution of $500; second and third charges dismissed.
