PARIS – An Oxford County grand jury Thursday indicted a registered sex offender on charges of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and forcing her to use cocaine last year.
Gregory Kenneth Turner, 46, of Waterford Road in Waterford is charged with three counts of gross sexual assault and one count each of attempted gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and aggravated unlawful furnishing of cocaine.
The charges stem from an incident on Dec. 7, 2007.
In 1985, Turner was charged with kidnapping and gross sexual assault of a Paris woman, but convicted of gross sexual misconduct in the case.
In 2004, he was convicted of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and offering crack cocaine and marijuana to a 16-year-old baby sitter.
He was required to register as a sex offender in 2005.
