AUBURN – The following cases were heard recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Luke Fred Pelletier, 47, Sabattus, criminal threatening and violating condition of release on May 25, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 67 days; second charge dismissed.

Milton W. Pelletier, 44, Lewiston, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, license suspended 30 days.

Lawrence Watson Perham, 31, Auburn, assault on Sept. 18, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 16 months and 12 days, probation revoked.

Lawrence Watson Perham, 31, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on July 14, both charges dismissed.

Eric J. Peters, 29, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, two prior on Dec. 17, 2007, dismissed.

Margaret Ann Peters, 48, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Jan. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 12 months, all suspended, two-year probation.

Kevin Petersen, 48, Auburn, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on April 18, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to six days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Markie L. Pinkham, 21, Sedgwick, two charges aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Aug. 3, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Markie L. Pinkham, 21, Sedgwick, failure to appear after bailed on Aug. 10, 2007, dismissed.

Brian Scott Plourde Sr., 35, Sabattus, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, violating condition of release, failure to register vehicle, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, and refusing to sign criminal summons on Dec. 18, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 21 days; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 21 days; fifth charge dismissed.

Scott A. Pomerleau, 41, Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 28, 2006, filed with cost of $500.

Shane D. Pontoo, 21, Lewiston, assault on May 10, 2007, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 30 days.

Shane D. Pontoo, 21, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release on July 25, both charges dismissed.

Scott R. Poulin, 44, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 17, dismissed.

Scott R. Poulin, 44, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 3, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Wayne L. Powell, 30, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 3, 2006, sentenced to 10 months, probation revoked and terminated.

Albert Earl Powers Jr., 37, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Nov. 17, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days, one year probation, community service 50 hours within.

Jason R. Pritchard, 24, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 21, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to four months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

David R. Proulx, 56, Auburn, theft by deception on July 9, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 14 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Garrett Pulsifer, 25, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence on June 7, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, failing to stop for officer on June 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; third charge dismissed.

Jeffrey M. Purcell, 27, Auburn, assault, operating under the influence-no test, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, and driving to endanger on March 17, first charge found guilty, fined $300; second and third charges dismissed; fourth charge found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days, registration suspended.

Ivimarie Quiles, 28, Auburn, forgery on May 8, 2007 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 9, 2007, both charges filed with no cost.

Christopher J. Rainville, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to five days.

Richard A. Rand, 27, Gorham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Feb. 25, first charge found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $40; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

David Paul Randall, 39, South Paris, unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 7, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to three days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

James G. Raymond Jr., 27, Auburn, unlawful sexual touching, assault on Oct. 9, 2007, unlawful sexual touching, assault on Sept. 11, 2007, unlawful sexual touching, assault on Sept. 4, 2007, assault on April 13, 2005, found guilty on first four charges, fifth and sixth charges dismissed, found guilty on seventh charge.

Jennifer Lynn Raymond, 25, Gray, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on May 14, 2007, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to two years, all but seven days suspended, two years probation, community service 300 hours within.

Nick George Reynolds, 52, Lisbon, criminal threatening on Dec. 21, 2007, found guilty, fined $100.

Timothy P. Riley, 22, Loudon, N.H., burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification on Aug. 17, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge; found guilty on third charge, unconditional discharge.

Ronald Rose, 44, Poland, eluding an officer, passing a roadblock, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 14, 2007, all charges dismissed.

Darrell Ross, 55, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 26, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to seven months, probation partially revoked.

Kerry Ross, 33, Winthrop, theft by receiving stolen property on March 13, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days, restitution of $300.

William N. Rouille, 22, Auburn, assault on March 23, 2007, sentenced to one year, all but 50 days suspended, two years probation, restitution of $158.

Erin Obrian Schneider, 28, Lewiston, burglary on Oct. 6, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to one year, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Edmund Seeley, 46, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Jan. 18, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty. Not yet sentenced.

Sergio A. Moreno-Reyes, 47, Auburn, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Sept. 26, 2007, dismissed.

Brian Allan Morin, 25, Lewiston, fail to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense on June 3, probation violation, sentenced to one year, probation revoked.

Morrow, 22, Mapleton, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass on July 20, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to nine months all suspended, probation one year, community service 100 hours; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days all suspended.

Richard Ernest Murphy, 33, Lewiston, assault on an emergency medical care provider on Nov. 24, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to seven days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher Nagy, 25, Auburn, cultivating marijuana on May 20, filed with cost of $200.

Thuy T. Nguyen, 43, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 17, filed with no cost.

William Norris, 71, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Jan. 22, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Michelle Marie Olds, 43, Lewiston, burglary, stealing drugs on Nov. 9, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Christian B. Ouellette, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 24, filed with cost of $100.

Kenneth Ouellette, 22, Van Buren, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 20, 2007, and criminal trespass on July 10, 2007, first charge dismissed; second charge sentenced to nine months all suspended, probation one year, community service 100 hours; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days all suspended.

Derek Shane Palange, 32, Sabattus, assault on March 30, found guilty, sentenced to six months.
