PORTLAND (AP) – Barber Foods Co. is recalling about 6,050 pounds of frozen stuffed roast chicken products after a consumer complained about finding pieces of plastic in the product.

The Portland company said the foods were produced in November and distributed to institutional food service companies and as samples nationwide under the Market Day and Barber Foods Distinctions labels. The recall does not involve products sold at supermarkets or at club stores.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says no injuries have been reported.
