BUCKFIELD – We’ve all done crazy things for love, but how many of us would fly halfway around the world on a blind date? Performance artist Rick Adam did, and his story is only one of the chronicles of love, heartbreak, healing and rapture that make up his “A Bozo In Love” show to be presented Saturday, Feb. 14, at Oddfellow Theater.

Audience members can expect song, mime, narration and shadow mime from Adam, who has been performing, teaching, and inspiring people of all ages for more than 25 years. He has toured worldwide, appearing at fairs, festivals, schools – even maximum security prisons.

Adam has acted with the Trinity Square Repertory Company and has appeared in films and on television. His one-man band appeared on the PBS television show “The Lonesome Pine Specials,” which focused on the one-man band in America, and in 1993 a video of the program was added to the Smithsonian Institution’s permanent collection.

Tickets to the 7:30 p.m. show are $10. Call the box office at 336-3306.
