LEWISTON – Androscoggin Bancorp, MHC, held its annual meeting with the following officers elected and attested to by Steven A. Closson, president of Androscoggin Bank.
Bruce Winter was elected vice president. He joined Androscoggin in August 2004 as an underwriter/loan processing manager. With the new retail organization, he will have an enhanced role of managing the specialization and growth of the mortgage business. Winter serves as manager, mortgage originator and underwriter for the bank.
Lena Hann was elected assistant vice president. She was hired in July 2006, as branch manager for the Route 4 branch in Turner. She has had a successful year growing business at that location. She was recently named market sales manager for the Jay/Livermore Falls region.
Jessica Shuck, SPHR, was elected assistant vice president. She began working for Androscoggin Bank in May 2007, as a human resources generalist. Her efforts with recruitment, employee relations and serving as a business partner to management have been exceptional.
Androscoggin Bank serves communities in central and mid-coast Maine with branch locations in Auburn, Brunswick, Gray, Jay, Lewiston, Lisbon Falls, Livermore Falls, South Paris and Turner.
