David J. Crosby, 32, Mexico, violating protective order on Oct. 2, 2008, dismissed.

Ian Patrick Canwell, 22, Mexico, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit on Dec. 10, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Ashley E. Hautaniemi, 24, Bethel, driving to endanger on March 21, 2008, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Stephen J. Henderson, 45, Hartford, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on Sept. 2, 2008, dismissed.

Joseph W. Hurd Jr., 48, Dixfield, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Sept. 25, 2008, dismissed.

Paul Hutchins, 40, Andover, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Aug. 24, 2008, dismissed.

Kimberly Hutchinson-Seavey, 33, Williston, Fla., assault on Jan. 29, 2002, dismissed.

Kimberly N. Hutchinson, 33, Ocala, Fla., operating after suspension on March 1, 2002, found guilty, fined $400.

Kimberly N. Hutchinson, 33, Ocala, Fla., operating after suspension on June 19, 2002, found guilty, fined $400.

Jaymi Lewis, 19, Rumford, minor consuming alcohol on June 20, 2008, dismissed.

Angello Marchetti, 71, Peabody, Mass., place bait to entice deer on Nov. 4, 2008, waived, fined $200.

Frederic K. Littlefield, 55, Newbury, Mass., placing bait to entice deer, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle on Dec. 9, 2008, waived, fined $200 each charge

Heather R. McAlister, 19, Bryant Pond, operating vehicle without license on May 18, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.

Wanda J. McAlister, 41, Bethel, permit unlawful use on May 18, 2008, found guilty, fined $150.

Matthew J. Meisner, 22, Hampton, N.H., operating under the influence on Aug. 3, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Tracy Morin, 39, Greenwood, forgery on Feb. 15, 2008, guilty, case continued for sentencing.

Eric S. Nichols, 47, Morrisville, Vt., operating under the influence on Dec. 5, 2008, sent to jury trial.

John D. Otte, 34, Dixfield, violating condition of release on Nov. 2, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Jordan L. Palmer, 20, Newry, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 20, 2008, both charges dismissed.

John J. Perry IV, 20, Rumford, violating condition of release on Aug. 29, 2008, found guilty, fined $200.

Thomas A. Prendergast, Sr., 36, Rumford, six charges of failing to pay tax or file return on April 15, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, all charges sent to jury trial.

Alex Michael Robinson, 19, Rumford, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, violating condition of release on Jan. 14, 2009, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Christopher Sprowl, 22, West Carrollton, Ohio, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Sept. 21, 2008, dismissed.

James A. Thibodeau, 48, Falmouth, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Oct. 9, 2008, both charges sent to jury trial.

Clyde H. Thomas, 74, Roxbury, operating under the influence on July 6, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Joshua L. Tozier, 21, Canton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 30, 2008, offense committed, fined $300.

Klaus K. True, 49, Peru, hunting deer after having killed one on Dec. 5, 2008, sent to jury trial.
