The following individuals will be arraigned on May 5 in Rumford District Court:
• Patricia Smith, 58, Mexico, operating under the influence (second offense), 8:55 p.m. Feb. 27. She was released on $1,200 unsecured bail.
• Dale E. Pettigrow, 52, Rumford, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, 6:45 p.m. Feb. 21 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
• John J. Hansen, 22, Rumford, operating after suspension, 10:30 a.m. Feb. 21 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
Accidents
• Feb. 27, 6:20 p.m. – Theresa Keefe, 27, of Hanover, escaped injury when she lost control of the 2007 Toyota pickup truck she was driving on East Andover Road in Rumford. The truck skidded up a snow bank, then rolled over in the roadway, coming to rest on its wheels. Damage to the truck was estimated at $8,000.
