BRUNSWICK – Twenty-four actors from area high schools, all members of the Theater Project’s Young Company, will present Shakespeare’s “The Comedy of Errors” opening Friday, March 13, and running through March 22.

This comedy could have been written last year, said Director Al Miller.

“This is a farce with mistaken identities, twins not knowing their twin is present, a father not knowing his wife is in town, nor the wife’s knowing the husband is around, and neither knowing their sons are in town. It’s a hoot,” he said.

The play is set in the 1920s, in Ephesus. “I am so impressed with the way these young actors not only learn their lines but wrap their minds around the lines and the play itself, making it their own,” Miller said.

Shows are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday. Suggested ticket price is $12. Tickets may be purchased by calling 729-8584, online at www.theaterproject.com or at the theater at 14 School St.
