Construction of the latest addition to the Auburn-Lewiston Industrial Airpark is “going well,” and officials expect the first tenants to move in on the April 1 deadline.

“All the walls are up and the roof is framed,” said Don Larochelle of Aliberti, Larochelle and Hodsdon Engineering Corp. “By the end of the coming week the roof should be closed, and we can start working on the inside.”

The building will house the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, now located in Lewiston, and other unnamed tenants.

Half of the 20,000-square-foot structure will be used by Federal Reserve, and the other space will be rented to other tenants.

The building is on Omni Circle with its rear facing Flightline Drive.
