LISBON FALLS – St. Mary’s Health System welcomes Dr. Phillip Carter to Lisbon Falls Family Health Center, a member of its Community Clinical Services practices. Most recently, Carter served as medical director for the Healthcare for the Homeless program in Portland, and as associate attending staff for the Department of Family Practice at Maine Medical Center.
Carter earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, N.Y., and completed his residency at Maine Medical Center’s Family Practice program in Portland. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
He is a music lover who also enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping and playing volleyball.
