AUBURN – Mike Dorval and Jan Davidson, two comedians receiving national attention, will perform Comedy Night, Saturday, March 21, at Fireside Inn & Suites.

After doing comedy for only three months, Dorval won the New Hampshire Comedy Festival, beating out some of the most established comics in New England. He soon became one of the youngest headliners in Boston history.

Dorval has been featured in Comedy Central’s “Laugh Riots,” numerous television commercials and in own one-man show. “Death by Chocolate.” Most recently, he toured overseas for the USO, entertaining thousands of U.S. military personnel abroad, and released his first live comedy album, “We need to talk.”

His takes on his Catholic upbringing, love life and the insanity of the world around him have entertained audiences at colleges and clubs across the country.

Davidson, who in 2008 performed on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” has also appeared on Nick at Nite’s “Funniest Mom in America,” ABC’s “The View” and the “Mashall’s Women of Comedy Tour Special “on Pax TV. A Massachusetts native now living in Santa Monica, Calif., the comedian-actress lists The Muppets as her biggest comedic influence.

The two comedians will be joined by Sal Votano, a rising star on the Boston comedy scene who is making his second appearance at the Fireside.
