FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:
Taylor L. Larrivee, 20, Manchester, N.H., sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana on Oct. 5, 2008, first charge guilty by default, fined $350; second charge guilty by default, fined $400.
Joshua A. Lavine, 27, Chesterville, operating under the influence on June 17, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.
James A. Lee, 26, South China, attaching false plates on Sept. 22, 2008, dismissed.
Cody Lemieux, 19, Wilton, minor consuming liquor on July 26, 2008, offense committed, fined $200.
Matthew M. Leonard, 25, Belgrade, operating after license suspension on Nov. 5, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.
Matthew C. Levesque, 25, Jay, assault, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on June 28, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $250.
Maria M. Libby, 25, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, 2008, dismissed.
Tammy-Lee A. Libby, 38, Stratton, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on July 10, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.
Crystal Littlefield, 19, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 6, 2008, filed with no cost.
Jacob R. Losey, 31, Jay, violating condition of release on May 25, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.
Robert J. Loughrey, 65, Durham, passing stopped school bus on Oct. 7, 2008, waived, fined $250.
Chelsea A. Lovewell, 19, Livermore, permit unlawful use on Nov. 9, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.
Stephen K. Lynch, 21, Plainfield, N.J., sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 3, 2008, guilty by default, fined $300.
