Rusty Blues, a newly formed collaboration of Maine artists with similar musical goals, has combined talents to form The Rusty Blues Band. Most met through the underground music circuit in 2007. They will perform at 9 p.m. Friday, March 27, at Lavish at Court and Main streets in Auburn. The show is for ages 21 and over. The Rusty Blues has been invited to perform at the Maine Blues Festival in Naples and at the Valhalla Festival in Poland. Band members are Rich Lambert, Mike Gammon, Dave Gagne and songwriter Brandon Carpenter. Frank Coffin will join the band for the Lavish gig.
