TUCSON, Ariz. – Elianne Leclair, 81, a resident of Tucson, Ariz., and of Auburn, passed away at her home in Tucson on April 6.

She was born in Lewiston, on Aug. 18, 1927, the daughter of Wilfred and Blanche (Cote) St. Pierre. She attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1946. She was married on May 1, 1948 to Jerome Leclair, who predeceased her. She loved cooking, books, music and spending summers in Maine by the ocean with friends and family.

She is survived by her sister, Jeannine (St. Pierre) Oaks of Florida; her five children, Claude and Jackie (Boucher) Leclair, of Tucson Ariz., Daniel and Pamela (Rowe) Leclair, of Minot, Denise Capriola of Hanford, Calif., Chicky and Dee (Dubois) Leclair, of San Antonio Texas, and Celine (Leclair) and Dan Turner of Tucson, Ariz.; her nine grandchildren, Andrew Leclair, Matt Leclair, Chris Leclair, Robin Cowan, Mimi Michaud, Rosie Capriola, Geoff Capriola, Nick Lopez and Travis Turner; and six great-grandchildren, Joshua Rivera, Alexis Rivera, Noah Leclair, Nathan Leclair, Travis Turner II and Dustin Cowan.
