John Leslie Bachelder, 33, Farmington, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors on April 30, 2008; case continued for sentencing.

Kelly R. Bachelder, 45, Lang Township, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct on Oct. 16, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500.

Roberta Bailey, 23, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 2, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days.

Florence M. Barnes, 55, Chesterville, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 11, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; third charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, one year probation.

Mark D. Beattie, 29, Solon, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 11, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $1,000; third charge found guilty, fined $500.

Steven M. Belanger, 37, Auburn, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on Oct. 10, 2006, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours.

Michael R. Belkas, 25, Danville, N.H., driving to endanger on Aug. 31, 2008, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Richard D. Bishop, 40, Kingfield, unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, cultivating marijuana on July 21, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days; third charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days.

David C. Bowen, 43, Hartford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 13, 2004, found guilty, fined $5,000, sentenced to seven days.

Luchen J. Bowie, 19, Carthage, two charges violating condition of release on Sept. 20, 2008; case continued for sentencing.
