FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

Shane Sturgeon, 21, Livermore, 27 counts of burglary, five counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 25 counts of criminal mischief on June 17, 2008, found guilty on 12 counts of burglary, sentenced to four years with all but nine months, one day suspended, probation three years, restitution of $8,595.18 each charge; 15 counts of burglary dismissed; found guilty on all other charges, sentenced to 90 days each.

James B. Sweenhart, 35, Wilton, cultivating marijuana on Oct. 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $700.

David W. Swett, 53, East Dixfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on July 7, 2008, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 90 days all suspended, probation one year.

Pamela Swett, 19, East Dixfield, violating condition of release on Aug. 13, 2008, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Kelly L. Thibodeau, 31, Farmington, reckless conduct, assault on Sept. 18, 2007, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Bruce D. Thorndike, 25, Avon, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 4, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 29, Portland, acquiring drugs by deception on Nov. 20, 2006, probation violation, probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 29, Portland, four counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 4, 2008, found guilty on one charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years all suspended, probation two years; three counts dismissed.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 29, Portland, two counts of unlawful possession of Oxycodone, violating condition of release on Aug. 28, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years all suspended, probation two years; second and third charges dismissed.

Eric Lee Urdsick, 28, Wilton, assault on Dec. 23, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Eric Lee Urdsick, 28, Wilton, violating protective order, violating condition of release on Oct. 7, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Tonia Ward, 36, Livermore Falls, assault, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 6, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Zachary L. Webber, 27, Chesterville, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on April 4, 2008, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Diana L. Weston, 49, Canton, operating under the influence on Sept. 12, 2008, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Colby W. Weymouth, 21, Temple, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, criminal forfeiture of property on June 6, 2008, dismissed.

Robert A. Whittemore, 58, Jay, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 19, 2008, filed with no cost.

Richard A. Wilson, 61, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, possessing firearm or crossbow when prohibited on Dec. 2, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days; FINDING? on second charge.

Robert W. Zachary Jr., 62, Weld, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Nov. 23, 2008, dismissed.
