Kimberley Pearson and
Jody Desjardins
LEWISTON — Bill and Peggy Pearson of Stowe, Vt., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kimberley Pearson of Portland, to Jody Desjardins of Portland, son of Suzanne Blanchette and Daniel and Jean Desjardins of Lewiston.
Miss Pearson received a bachelor’s degree in art education from the University of Vermont. She is an elementary art teacher at both Montello and Martel Schools in Lewiston.
Mr. Desjardins is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in drawing and painting. He is an artist and is also employed at TD Banknorth in West Falmouth.
An evening wedding will take place on July 18 at the Gilsland Farm Audubon Center in Falmouth, with a bird and bicycle theme.
