FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

Alex J. Johnson, 20, Skowhegan, forgery on July 28, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months all suspended, probation two years, restitution of $4,828.

Alex J. Johnson, 20, Industry, criminal trespass, violating condition of release on Nov. 12, 2008, dismissed.

Kostas Kalkanis, 66, East Wilton, unlawful sexual touching on April 15, 2007, unlawful sexual touching on June 1, 2007, unlawful sexual touching on Feb. 28, 2007, dismissed.

Michael G. Keim, 64, Weld, three counts of unlawful sexual contact on Aug. 1, 1999, guilty on first charge, sentenced to four years with all but six months suspended, probation four years; second and third charges dismissed.

Ryan P. Kelly, 21, Chesterville, failing to make oral or written accident report on Aug. 3, 2008, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 60 days.

Phetbouly Khongsouvanhkham, 39, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on July 23, 2006, one charge dismissed; found guilty on one charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to six years with all but two years suspended, probation three years.

Deborah A. Ladd, 46, Farmington, forgery on Sept. 4, 2007, dismissed.

Brian Keith Lagasse, 41, Industry, assault on Nov. 20, 2008, dismissed.

Clark A. Leach, 45, Winslow, assault on an officer, operating under the influence-no test, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, failing to stop for officer, driving to endanger on July 4, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five months; found guilty on second charge, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days; fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Steve E. Lee Jr., 23, Farmington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating protective order on Aug. 1, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

David Levesque, 18, Lewiston, burglary, criminal mischief, burglary on Aug. 11, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to seven days, restitution of $500; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Carol L. Mack Frost, 51, Rangeley, operating under the influence on April 14, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Justin A. MacLean, 22, Eustis, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or taking, criminal trespass on June 28, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Roy R. Marchesseault, 22, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Aug. 9, 2008, dismissed.

Shaunna L. Marcotte, 26, Wilton, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 20, 2008, dismissed.

Faye P. McLain, 44, East Wilton, two counts of domestic violence assault on Oct. 9, 2008, found guilty on one charge, sentence deferred; one charge dismissed.

Michael C. Ringer, 39, Farmington, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation-priors, operating under the influence-prior on Nov. 5, 2008; guilty on both charges; sentenced to one year in jail on the first charge, seven days on the second, to be served concurrently; fined $1,700 total; license suspended for three years.

Brett A. Roberts, 45, Chesterville, domestic violence assault on Nov. 15, 2008, dismissed.

Melinda Robertshaw, 28, Bridgton, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on Oct. 25, 2008, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended one year.

Ronald L. Searles, 47, Phillips, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, cultivating marijuana on Sept. 24, 2008, first charge dismissed; guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Kenneth G. Shaw, 46, New Vineyard, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Aug. 15, 2006, fined $2,000, sentenced to 30 months with all but nine months suspended, probation one year.

Victor Jose Silver, 27, Augusta, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, reckless conduct, violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 8, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year all suspended, probation two years; all other charges dismissed.

Christopher R. Simmons, 28, Weld, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, domestic violence assault, operating after habitual offender revocation on June 8, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 364 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Chad A. Smith, 37, Phillips, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Sept. 19, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

John W. Smith, 50, Carthage, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on Aug. 26, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael R. Storer, 29, Wilton, domestic violence assault on April 15, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 100 days, probation revoked.

Jessica R. Stuart, 24, Industry, failing to appear as subpoenaed on Feb. 21, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.
