FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

John C. Alderman, 46, Avon, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief on July 5, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years.

Nicholas R. Beckey, 40, Jay, domestic violence assault-priors domestic violence, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on Feb. 22, all charges dismissed.

Luchen J. Bowie, 19, Carthage, terrorizing, discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling on May 24, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months all suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, not yet sentenced.

Luchen J. Bowie, 19, Carthage, two counts of violating condition of release on Sept. 20, 2008, sentenced to 54 days each charge.

Craig F. Brackett, 55, Phillips, assault, terrorizing on July 7, 2080, dismissed.

Christopher M. Chase, 34, Wilton, operating under the influence-no test, driving to endanger on Nov. 21, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75, license suspended 30 days.

Russell Davidson, 24, Northwood, N.H., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, driving to endanger, criminal forfeiture of property on Oct. 5, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 30 days; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days; third charge forfeited.

David Delpino, 36, Farmington, domestic violence assault-prior domestic violence on Jan. 21, dismissed.

David Delpino, 36, Farmington, two counts of violating condition of release on Jan. 22, found guilty on one charge, sentenced to 18 months with all but three months suspended, probation two years; one charge dismissed.

Scott P. Drown, 32, Fayetteville, N.C., domestic violence assault, reckless conduct on Jan. 1, first charge filed with no cost; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Carlton J. Elliott, 20, Jay, assault on an officer on June 16, 208, sentenced to 30 days.

Gregory Ferreri, 34, Rangeley, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on April 10, 2004, probation violation, sentenced to 105 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Gregory Ferreri, 34, Rangeley, violating condition of release on July 6, 2006, and violating condition of release on July 11, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 105 days each charge, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ashley M. Fortin, 24, Farmington, endangering the welfare of a child on June 30, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jason M. Fowler, 34, Chesterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 18, 2008, sentenced to one year with all but 15 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $400.

Shawn Garland, 23, Portland, assault on Dec. 20, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to eight months, probation revoked.

Ilya Gassel, 21, Brookline, Mass., unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 4, 2008, dismissed.

Rene Giberson, 21, Dixfield, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault on Aug. 23, 2008, dismissed.

Rene Giberson, 21, Dixfield, violating condition of release on Aug. 24, 2008, dismissed.

Virginia H. Gordon, 37, Strong, acquiring drugs by deception, forgery, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 23, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $400 each.

Brandon Gray, 25, Dryden, operating after habitual offender revocation-two priors on Nov. 7, 2007, fined $1,000, sentenced to nine months, one day.

Joel S. Harper, 27, Somerville, reckless conduct on Jan. 1, 2004, dismissed.

Alex J. Johnson, 20, Skowhegan, forgery on July 28, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brian Knight, 35, Dixfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 25, 2008, dismissed.

Glendon Ladd, 20, Freeman Township, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 15, 2008, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to five years with all by 15 months suspended, probation four years, restitution of $900 each charge.

Scott A. MacDonald, 35, Industry, domestic violence assault on April 10, 2008, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation one year.

Kevin Manchester, 20, Livermore, burglary of a motor vehicle on Nov. 10, 2007, dismissed.

Jason D. Masterman, 34, Embden, aggravated criminal trespass on March 4, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to four years with all but one year suspended, probation two years.

Billie Jo McDonald, 21, New Vineyard, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass on Sept. 26, 2007, found guilty on both charges, unconditional discharge.

Philip A. Mosher, 26, Rumford, assault on Feb. 24, 2006, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Elmer Norton, 22, Dryden, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on Dec. 16, 2008, dismissed.

Troy A. Romanoski, 43, Phillips, operating under the influence on Dec. 19, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Dmitriy Shnitman, 21, Newton, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 4, 2008, dismissed.

Robert G. Stinchfield Jr., 35, Buckfield, driving to endanger on March 29, 2008, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

James P. Tyler, 47, Strong, domestic violence assault on Jan. 8, filed with no cost.
