MECHANIC FALLS – Aldina Frazee of Mechanic Falls died peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 4, with June Cherest at her side.

She was born on June 2, 1923, the daughter of Anthony and Magdeline Ausikaitis. She was a graduate of Lewiston High School and Bliss School of Business.

She did clerical work in a law office and at United Shoe. From 1952 until her death she lived in Mechanic Falls. For about 20 years, she worked in the office at Elm Street School.

In February 1945, she married Ernest Frazee Jr.

Aldina enjoyed golfing, dancing, shopping and going to camp at Wilsons Mills. In her last years, getting an ice cream was a real treat.

She is survived by her daughter, “Judy” Judith D’Amour and her husband, “Rusty” John D’Amour, of West Minot; and grandchildren, Leah D’Amour of Kennebunk, and Seth D’Amour of Gorham.

Aldina was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Cotterell in 1978; husband, Ernest in 1998; her sister, Irene; her brother, Alphonse; and her parents.
