AUGUSTA – Cony rallied from a two-run deficit with four runs in the sixth inning to survive the KVAC softball playoff semifinals with a 6-4 victory over Oxford Hills.

Megan Gauger helped the Vikings build a 4-2 advantage with two hits and a pair of RBIs. Limited to three hits, Cony took advantage of some fielding miscues to score four unearned runs in the sixth for the victory.

Gauger, Mariah Martin and Caitlin Hanley had doubles for the Vikings, while Hanley and Danya Schultz had two hits each. Amy Jones hit a two-run home run in the first for Cony.
