FARMINGTON — Fitness Express at 449 Farmington Falls Road celebrated its one-year anniversary with a business after hours event through the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce on June 11.
A large group gathered under tents to help owner Mike Hickey celebrate. A cake with the Fitness Express logo, grilled food and refreshments were available. Hickey gave a tour of the gym, and chamber board member Glenn Kapiloff demonstrated some of the equipment.
Fitness Express is a circuit training facility, where a full body workout can be done in 30 minutes.
