BIDDEFORD, Maine (AP) – Court papers show that the 55-year-old Biddeford man charged with murder in the shooting deaths of two brothers was charged this spring with threatening to kill his lawyer and his ex-girlfriend.

Rory Holland appeared Wednesday in York County Superior Court on charges of gunning down 19-year-old Gage Greene and 21-year-old Derek Greene outside his house at 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The Portland Press Herald reported that Holland was charged with terrorizing in April for allegedly threatening to shoot his lawyer and his ex-girlfriend in the head if things didn’t go his way in a civil dispute with his ex-girlfriend.

The terrorizing charge had not been resolved in court.
