‘American Idol’ judge gets married on Maine coast
PROSPECT HARBOR, Maine (AP) — “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi has tied the knot in Maine.
A spokeswoman for DioGuardi tells People magazine that the ceremony took place on July 5 at Prospect Harbor United Methodist Church.
DioGuardi
lives in a sea captain’s home in the village where she met general
contractor Mike McCuddy while he was working on a home next door.
McCuddy proposed on Dec. 8.
People says DioGuardi didn’t skip the
bling. For her wedding, the singer-songwriter wore a Vera Wang dress,
as well as a 30-carat diamond-and-platinum bracelet and chandelier
earrings with 20 carats of diamonds.
